Been making spinach soup almost daily over here. Garlic, celery, tomatoes, a splash fresh squeezed orange juice and bowls and bowls of spinach. I love a heavy sprinkle of hemp seeds on top. Sea salt and orange zest makes it irresistible.
“Green Rice” has become my go-to food on a day when quick nutrition is priority but I want something warm and satisfying. Chopped cilantro and Hawaiian spirulina added for health benefits… garlic honey in a healing spoonful… mmmmm. 🌱
Forget “everything bagel” ~~ I just made EVERYTHING EGGS! The really fun part is that I made them in my air fryer. 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Sea salt and everything spice on top and a few greens to catch any runny yolk on the bottom.
