Who’s cooking up Thanksgiving dishes today!?!! I am the designated maker of sweet potatoes. It’s a great dish to taste test. I’m making it without eggs this year. I’m using puréed sweet potatoes and vegan butter to create the creamy texture. Diced sweet potatoes are partially cooking in the oven now. I can’t wait to eat this tomorrow with family. I care very much that the food I put into my body is cultivating health and vibrancy. I also want it to be delicious. I’m on a mission to create food that makes my taste buds happy and nourishes my body rather than harms me.
